mpo7 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension or permanent closure, and forfeiture of any winnings or Account balance.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and bank account or e-wallet details. You may only register one Account per person. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual, household, or IP address are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all duplicate Accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held fully responsible for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals.

Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in temporary Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. mpo7 will not process any withdrawal requests from unverified Accounts.
mpo7 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposit transactions must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 30 seconds of transaction confirmation. Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account status (Standard, Silver, Gold, or VIP tier). You may view your current deposit limits in your Account settings.
mpo7 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control.
All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). mpo7 does not support multi-currency Accounts.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
mpo7 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays). Once processed by mpo7, the funds will be transferred to your bank account or e-wallet, which may take an additional 1-3 business hours depending on your payment provider's processing speed.
Withdrawals requested on weekends or public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day, Nyepi, or other recognized Indonesian holidays) will be processed on the next business day.
mpo7 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply interbank transfer fees or administrative charges, which will be deducted from the withdrawal amount by your payment provider.
mpo7 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request that appears unusual, suspicious, or inconsistent with your betting activity. In such cases, we may request additional documentation regarding the source of your funds. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied if we reasonably suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
mpo7 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions (e.g., Indonesian Independence Day specials, Ramadhan bonuses, Timnas Indonesia match bonuses). Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

mpo7 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, collusion with other Players, opposite betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds without genuine risk. Any Player found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their Account permanently closed.

Mix parlay (accumulator) bets and Asian Handicap (voor bola) markets are available for most football fixtures. If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets on that match are voided and stakes refunded, unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

mpo7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpo7 is licensed and regulated. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules, with the arbitration to be conducted in English.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit against mpo7.
